TRAINERS

Gareth and Jodi's experience comes from being in the fitness industry for over 12 years each with opportunities to travel, work and compete in different areas of fitness.

We truly love working with people to give them a unique fitness experience.  We believe in taking the time to get to know our clients and members so we can provide them with the best possible solutions, training, and support for their individual goals. 

 

We offer a whole-body approach to our training and look at all aspects of your life so we can put together a training program that offers our members a balance of work, rest and play.  

We both love to learn and are always continuing on with our education 

which has now lead us to relocate from Melbourne to Wanaka to do what we love in beautiful NZ.

GARETH HOWLEY

Gareth specializes in rehab of injuries, post-surgery recovery, sports team fitness, and training -

Qualifications-

  • Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy from Otago University

  • Certificate Exercise Science from Griffith University

  • Cert 3 & 4 Personal trainer

  • Certificate IV, Training and Assessment (TAE)

  • Anatomy Trains certificate in Foot & Arches, Hip, Shoulders & Arms

  • Level 1 Rugby Coach.

  • Master Trainer providing education to other trainers and facilities in Sandbells, PTA Global certification, Techno gym Kineses.

  • Gareth has presented at FILEX in 2014, 2015, 2016 and at FITEX in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 on Fascia, functional anatomy, functional movement, sandbells, and programming and will be presenting in 2019.

JODI MCCONE

Jodi specializes in lifting, running, pre & post-natal fitness, elderly fitness, and weight loss.

Qualifications -

  • Bachelor of Science from Lincoln University

  • Currently completing Post Grad Certificate in Human Nutrition from Deakin University.

  • Cert 3 & 4 Personal trainer

  • Certificate IV, Training and Assessment (TAE)

  • Certificate in TRX Functional Training & TRX Team Trainer

  • MMA Boxing Level 1

  • Is a Master Trainer providing education to other trainers and facilities in Freeform board, Stroops, Fle-XX, Throwdown and Small Group Training.

  • Jodi has presented at FILEX in 2017 and at FITEX in 2016, on Small Group Training, Bulgarian Bags, and Freeform board.
